The east coast often flies under the radar in the truck scene. While California and Texas dominate the conversation, events like C10 Fall Revival, Southeastern Truck Nats, and the C10 Nationals are proving that the east coast is a force to be reckoned with. Since its inception in Texas in 2018, the C10 Nationals added an eastern swing event at Nashville Superspeedway three years ago, and it has seen remarkable growth.
With a whopping 1600 trucks on the grounds, 400 more than the previous year, the venue felt as packed as four people on a bench seat in a pickup. Over the years, we’ve witnessed this event evolve with more trucks, vendors, and attendees, making it one of our favorites and an absolute blast.
What sets the C10 Nationals apart is its Autocross for all show trucks and the opportunity for enthusiasts to ride with a pro. Friday night drag racing on pit road drew almost 60 trucks this year, and the dyno was spinning non-stop. The burnout contest on Saturday is a massive crowd-pleaser, and all these activities are included with the truck registration fee. The midway hosted nearly 100 vendors, the most ever, and the swap meet boasted an impressive turnout. The awards stage featured some of the most impressive awards in the business, and they even gave away a truck. The C10 Nationals have redefined the expectations of a truck show – it’s constantly moving, definitely not your typical car show. To top it off, they organized a track cruise under the lights on Saturday night, providing an exhilarating experience.
The Nashville event is rapidly closing in on the attendance numbers of their Texas counterpart. With its ideal timing during the year, usually featuring beautiful weather, and the incredible hospitality of the people, Nashville proves to be a fantastic destination. Drawing trucks from over 36 states and Canada, there’s no room for excuses – we want to see you and your truck there next year.
