Rolling into Guitar Town for the fourth consecutive year, the C10 Nationals unpacked all their gear and brought out the toys for us to enjoy. With clear blue Tennessee skies and thousands of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, the scene was set for the perfect backdrop to one of our favorite events of the year.
While the C10 Nationals hosts other events, such as those in Texas and now Las Vegas, the Nashville event remains at the heart of truck country. According to the C10 Nationals, the Nashville gathering now rivals their Texas event in Fort Worth, with nearly 2,000 trucks on site. In total, they expect over 5,000 trucks across all their events in 2025.
In addition to nearly 80 custom awards, the C10 Nationals certainly didn’t disappoint when it came to entertainment. All registered show trucks had the opportunity to participate in autocross, dyno runs, burnout contests, and drag racing—at no additional charge. They also featured the BFGoodrich Share-the-Ride program, allowing attendees to take a spin with a professional driver on the CPP autocross course.
The vendor midway was brimming with some of the finest builders in the country, showcasing an array of incredible builds. The midway also featured the top retailers, manufacturers, organizations, and all things automotive. Notably, they only allow automotive-related products on their midway, ensuring a focused and high-quality experience.
The swap meet, which continues to grow year after year, was packed with automotive parts, memorabilia, merchandise, and more. We even managed to find a few treasures ourselves, which will be a welcome addition to our garage. It’s easy to walk past the swap meet, but you’d be surprised at the gems you can discover if you take the time to explore.
Events of this scale require extensive behind-the-scenes coordination, and the C10 Nationals does a remarkable job at keeping everything running smoothly and on time. Their staff is among the friendliest we’ve encountered at any event—so friendly, in fact, it feels almost like family. Many of them are indeed family, and they maintain the same team at every event, ensuring that any questions or needs are swiftly addressed.
As for the trucks, there were so many that it took us two full days to see them all. From those recently pulled from a field to six-figure custom builds, the variety was nothing short of impressive.
What we love most about this truck community is that it doesn’t matter where you are in your build—whether just starting out or finishing up a high-end project—the people here offer unwavering support to everyone, no matter the stage. It’s not uncommon to see people chatting about the details of their builds with someone who admires their work. We’re also noticing a delightful increase in female truck owners!
The C10 Nationals is renowned for its focus on entertainment. With a combination of motorsports activities and the actual “show,” it truly sets itself apart from other truck events. Family and fun seem to be the central theme, and we certainly received our fill of both. We look forward to seeing you there in 2025!
