Did we have fun at the inaugural C10 Nationals in the fine state of Utah? That’s like asking if cats like to nap! We had a blast, and everyone we talked to at the Salt Lake City event seemed to be on the same page with us.
The amazing scenery of the Wasatch Mountains to the east and north, and the Oquirrh Mountains to the west surrounding the Utah State Fairpark, was accented by picture-perfect weather all weekend long. A huge crowd of trucks began flowing into the fairgrounds at the crack of dawn on Friday morning and covered the beautiful lawn throughout the park.
We spoke at length with Chase Clavell of C10 Club Utah, and he conveyed the club’s enthusiasm for this event in their backyard. “We’ve needed something like this for a long time. The folks in this part of the country simply don’t have any big shows that are within comfortable driving distance. C10 Nationals took a chance on this event, and we support what they are doing 100%.”
If the show wasn’t enough, a Thursday night meet and greet was held at Kindig It Design headquarters, and Dave Kindig, Kevin Schiele, and their film crew were on hand. Friday night’s cruise to the Biggie Bash also drew a massive group of trucks.
Put us down for a spot at the 2024 Utah C10 Nats!
